Machakos DG Bernard Kiala who is eying for Machakos govenor’s seat on a Wiper ticket addressing the press.
Machakos County Deputy Governor Benard Kuala has dismissed claims that he is ready to decamp from Wiper Party and join another party following Wavinya Ndeti joining Wiper Party.
Kiala was speaking on Monday Breakfast Show at Musyi FM,a vernacular radio station.
I have stood with Wiper Party,I have defended for our party leader when people like Wavinya were fighting our Wiper Party and our leader.She is an outsider and we are happy she has joined us.
Wavinya who is eyeing for Machakos governor’s seat decamped her CCU party last week and joined Wiper and will face Kiala in the party primaries.
The cotraversial Deputy Governor said he will support Ndeti to be Machakos governor if she will win the Wiper ticket and asked Ndeti to reciprocate if he beats her.
On claims that Wiper was planning to issue direct nomination to sitting Wiper leader ,Kiala dismissed such claims and termed them as a creation of the media.He said he a member of the Wiper NEC and no such issues had been discussed in any party meeting.
